Welcome to the UK Reality Office! This is the new location for all your housing needs within the United Kingdom. Please make sure you follow the rules and send in the appropriate application to the appropriate realtor. If you have any questions, you can submit them to Lany MacSween.

 

HOUSING RULES!!

01. You must meet the minimum member requirements to purchase a home. The requirements are that you have been a member of Hogwarts Online for at least one complete term and have acquired 50 posts on our forum.

02. The realtors will be performing random (but announced) activity checks with the homes. Failure to oblige to the notification process will result in losing your home.

03. Every adult who lives and works in the United Kingdom must have a home or be an occupant someplace. You don't live in a cardboard box or in a tree so a house is a must!

04. GENERAL REMINDER! Students must live at their respective schools and can only visit their family members during the Holidays or on town weekend field trips. Any Students found living here will be vacated and their adult family members will be fined a max of 500 galleons.

05. All site rules apply when it comes to any living space. Posting anything that breaks site rules, policies, or TOS will immediately be shut down and the residence asked to vacate the home.

 

06. In addition to the posted homes, you may request to live above a designated shop. Contact the shopkeeper (if there is one) to gain permission for tenancy. Shopkeepers may also volunteer spaces above their shops to be listed for vacancies. 

 

07. If a town has NO VACANCIES but you see that a home is inactive (i.e. no topics created or no posts in 2+ years) please contact Lany with information about the home/town you are interested in. This does not guarantee a specific home will be vacated for you, but under certain circumstances there may be a new home created.

 

08. If a town has NO VACANCIES and there are no vacancies elsewhere within reason for your character, please contact Lany with information about the home/town you are interested in. This does not guarantee a specific home will be vacated for you, but under certain circumstances there may be a new home created.

Godric's Hollow is a village in the West Country of England. It is a small community, which centers on a village square with only a church, a post office, a pub, and a few retail shops. The residential streets are lined with quaint cottages, and there is an area called Church Lane that leads up to the church
