Per the move-up topic:
If you are missing Quills: I am aware that several courses have not had their Quills awarded. These courses have been noted, and I will be going through in the coming days to submit those Quills to students who earned them. If by the end of the week (November 23rd) you have not received a Quill you believe you earned, please PM me.
