Description of issue/error: I received an intriguing error I haven't really received before. It only happened once, but it really confused me. This happened when I was editing House Points for a student

It is a general error that is being experienced by everyone. Do not resubmit them or refresh, as the points will be duplicated. Keep a record of what you submit and if you see that after a couple of days they aren't appearing, let us know via PM.
