i was wondering i have a friend from beauxbatons who i wanted to rp with. i started a thread but she can't access it. could it move to somewhere we could both access it?
where do i buy my school supplies?

You are welcome to RP purchasing supplies, but most courses don't require you to purchase anything in order to participate in classes.

The only time students from other schools are able to rp together are when the schools have breaks like summer time (or when your characters are old enough to FEP which will be when they are in their 3rd year). With classes getting ready to start I don't think you two are going to be able to rp together.

You can RP together during Pride Months. These are the exceptions to the campus-only posting rule:
1. During Summer Term
2. During Pride Months
3. Announced Field Trips to Nearby Towns (but only in that town)
4. Classes where posting off-campus is necessary (you'll know if you're in one of these classes)
5. If the Head of the School grants you permission to post off campus
We currently have the Durmstrang/Sweden Pride Month going on in September. In October, we will have the Slytherin Pride Month (Slythoween). You can RP together in both of those events.
