Hey there,

So I was trying to send a message to two people, so I was using the field box where I would type a name into the "Other Recipient". So let us say there are two names - Mr X and Miss Y - (xD I know but just go with it!)

So when I type Mr X in the main recipient box and Miss Y in the Other Recipient box - it would say Miss Y does not exist. So I tried to switch the positions of the name, I put Miss Y in the main recipient box and Mr X in the "Other Recipient" box - it would say Mr X does not exist.

But sending the message separately works perfectly fine.

This is an ongoing glitch that we've been experiencing for several months now. The governors are aware of the situation, though. Sending PMs the way you did - separately - is the best way to go. It can be a bit of a hassle, I know. Usually, switching Mr. Y to the first box helps send the message, though you sometimes do encounter the problem where several people you're trying to PM have the glitch.

do you know if one of the people with the glitch might be a prefect?

It happens with loads of people. I have trouble with students, adults, professors, prefects, shopkeepers... It's literally anyone random. Like Alaina said, it's been a thing for months, and the only way to get around it, is by PM-ing them separately.

It could be anyone - a professor, a prefect, even a governor. It came out of nowhere, but there is at least the way to get around it.
