Hey all,
Since it seems like there's a lot of confusion surrounding the upcoming summer term, I thought I'd alleviate some of that with this here thread. Feel free to post your questions here, and I'll be sure to add them to the list and respond as quickly as I'm able. 
Q: What do these themes mean?
A: The themes are merely a suggestion for the kinds of classes each school wants to offer to their students, however, there are no concrete classes. The final list of classes is entirely dependent on what professors are willing to teach, so if there's something you want to see, apply for it!
Q: Will I be able to take classes at more than one school?
A: No. You can only take classes at one school at a time, just like during fall, winter, or spring. the Foreign Exchange Program will be accepting applications for people to study abroad if, for example, you're a Hogwarts student but would like to go to Beauxbatons or Durmstrang this summer.
Q: How long is summer term going to be?
A: Classes will run about six weeks from July 1-August 17. These dates are for all three schools.
Q: How will testing work over the summer?
A: for Hogwarts students, OWLs and NEWTs will still be offered. For Durmstrang students, IMPs will still be offered through the ministry as per usual. For Beauxbatons students, PEQs and BACs are still being run through the school. Please note that these tests are still required to move up from the testing years, but all students are more than welcome to partake in summer classes.
Q: Can I participate in the Foreign Exchange Program during the summer?
A: Absolutely! Applications will be made available within the coming weeks to apply for the various schools.
Q: Will there be a house cup during the summer session?
A: Yep! Points will reset at the conclusion of spring term for the summer session.
