I had some....stuff....going on for a while, and I'm just coming back. I currently have 12 quills, but only two are coming from the fall 2011 semester. Can i still move up a year?

Yes it does not matter what term the quills are from if you have enough to move up even if you did not take classes at all that term you get moved up by notifying Prof. Dakota Kane.

If you did take at least one class that term you do not need to notify him, if you took none though you do since you took two and got the quills then you will be moved up like normal.

You need three quills per term to move up, so if you only got one this term you won't be moving up unless you already had enough to move up without the one. If that is the case Prof. Dakota Kane has posted a topic in the RP Central for any missed move ups.

Ginny it is a total of 15 Quills Plus OWLs passed in order to move up to 6th Year. You only have 14 Quills that is why you are still a 5th year.

Correct!

Then to move to 7th you need to take OWL's and to become an Alumni you'd need to complete NEWT's. http://l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/1.gif
