The Garden Path rules and conditions
If you post a request here, you are agreeing to the following rules;
1. The faceclaim for the character(s) you are requesting for must be approved on the Character Mirror before you request.
2. Please post your request using the provided form below. If this isn't used, I will simply ask that you rewrite it using the form,
or your request will be ignored.
3. The graphics I make here for you are only permitted to be used on Hogwarts Online. You do not have permission to use on another site.
This is because my work can't be credited appropriately when the image is taken and used offsite.
4. While using the graphics I make for you on this site, you must give appropriate credit to me. Credit can be given to
'The Garden Path' or 'Jessenia Archer'.
5. Only post one (1) request per post. I will not accept multiple requests in one post.
6. Please try to provide large, high quality images to use in your request. I reserve the right to choose not to use images
you have provided, especially if they are difficult to work with.
7. If the graphic I have made for you doesn't quite meet your expectations, or there is a mistake, please PM me and I will
continue to curate the piece to your satisfaction.
8. Out of respect for the work I have done, the graphic you request must be used for a minimum of three (3) weeks.
What you can expect from me:
a. I have a busy life outside of HO - please respect this. Please do not rush me or undermine the process. Again, by placing
a request with me, you are agreeing to any wait time involved. If you are concerned, please send me a considerate PM.
b. To prevent burn out on my end (which as happened in the past), I will only accept three (3) request slots at a time. First
in best dressed. I will record available slots the thread title and in posts.
