I am simultaneously reading:
~ Ghost Story by Jim Butcher (part of the Dresden Files series)
~ Dead in the Family by Charlaine Harris (part of the Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampire Mysteries)
~ Eldest by Christopher Paolini (part of the inheritance Cycle)
~ Witch & Wizard by James Patterson (part of a series)
~ American Gods by Neil Gaiman
~ And re-reading Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows

@Prof Lexa Azalea:
The Magicians by Lev Grossman was a good read, I think you'll enjoy it.

@Ariadne Devereaux:
I never read Vampire Academy by Richelle Meade yet, but I have read her Georgina Kincaid series. Also another good read.

Three books I am currently reading are Luna, Kite Runner and Bait. Bait is by Alex Sanchez and its a very amazing book and has changed my life so far!!. Luna is by Julie Anne Peters; it also was a National Book Award Finalist!. The third book is Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. This book is truly, truly amazing and unforgettable so far! I am shocked to say that I am trying to read all three daily but going to the NAU campus every day isn't helping!

@Prof. Travis: I am actually going to school to be a Government Teacher XP

Currently reading CATCHING FIRE by Suzanne Collins. Not what I'm expecting..kind of a bit boring though. The dullness made me remember The Host by S.M.

This might be a bit off-topic...I took my dogs to the park yesterday and while I was being dragged around by 2 90 pound animals I saw this lady on a bench reading. She was reading 50 Shades of Grey, and the animation that was coming from her facial expressions and bodily movement(yes body movement while she's reading)was priceless. I stopped and asked her what she was reading that made her act so comical, she went pale like she'd been caught doing something. Anyways I guess every girl and woman on the planet is reading this book, but her reactions were funny.

I've been reading The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry

Re-reading: Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows

I feel like the first time I read it, I was too excited and sort of rushed through it.
This time I'm reading it slow and steady so I won't miss any details!

I'm unbelievably slow with the current 'it' books - just finished reading 'The Hunger Games'. I decided to read the book before giving the movie a chance. It was actually pretty good - kept my attention. I could easily picture the characters, what was happeneing, etc. just from the descriptions. Definitely will try watching the movie sometime :)

I'm extremely picky about the books I read, so basically, I read the same 3 series over and over. Harry Potter, of course, the first Percy Jackson series, and the first books of the second, and the Hunger Games trilogy. I would read the Robert Langdon books (Angels and Demons, The Da Vinci Code, The Lost Symbol) By Dan Brown, but I don't have any of them. I plan to get a lot more books in my arsenal when I get my Kindle in September.

I'm reading A Clockwork Orange... it's a rather strange book, but it's still extremely fascinating. I don't know why I haven't ever read it before!

Call me weird. Currently on my reading list..

- Hunger Games Trilogy [UK Version, not US Version]
- The Alchemyst: Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series [US Version, all six books]
- Harry Potter series [US Versions]
..and that stack of manga that's been at the foot of my bed for DAYS, since I'm feeling really lazy in covering them with plastic wrap, namely Samurai Deeper Kyo and Ragnarok. Yes, the same Rgnarok which spawned the MMORPG.
Still waiting for salary so I can round off my manga collection and start hunting for Anna Karenina.

I just finished reading A Company of Liars. It's a pretty amazing book, beautifull created characters, and a heart pounding plot that sets one's mind to another dimension! But...the ending was horribly horrible, so it shall be the only book I will hate with my entire being. xD.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='xD' />
