The Governors Board has been an alluring, mysterious, and rather intimidating piece of HO since the forum was founded in 2005 by our very own Chauncey Clemenecau. While the role of Governors on HO may have fluctuated over the years with adjustments or changes when needed, the essentials have remained the same. The Governors work together to direct and oversee the entirety of HO. The Governors Board is comprised of members who, for the most part, started out on HO just like any other member... a first year student. The Governors each earned their position on the Board through years of dedication, hard work, honesty, devotion, and dependability. The Governors are the sole legislative, executive, and judicial body of the site. In doing so, they create, enforce, and interpret all the site's rules and regulations. The Governors have final say on all aspects of the site.

While all Governors are unique individuals and have brought a different style or flair to the forum, it is important for you to remember that each Governor is still approachable and a real person. Remember that you are encouraged to approach us in any instance that you need assistance, have a question, or simply wish to get to know us and RP!

Below is a brief overview of each member of the Governors Board, the specific areas of the forum they directly oversee, and for what specific purpose you should contact them. Furthermore, there are also a few fun facts to help you get to know each Governor a bit better than before.

Britney is a Gryffindor Alumni who enjoyed Herbology and Defense Against the Dark Arts.  After graduation, she became a professor just like her mother.  She's had different administration roles throughout her journey.  Currently she's the Advance studies Department Chair.  She's married to Caleb Rothwell and has a daughter named Brigette and a son named Landon.
