Article VIII: Miscellaneous

Section A: Handbook Amendment Process
Subsection (1) HOS Governors may amend any part of this handbook with a majority vote. A new topic for discussion on an amendment must be established in the governors room main area.

Subsection (2) A record of all past handbooks shall be kept in faith by the HOS Governors.

Subsection (3) Notice of any amendments or supressions must be posted in the main announcements for all members to see.
Section B: Copyright and Permission to Use
Subsection (1) The information, personal work, and all original graphics presented on the HOS System, are for the personal, non-profit use of members, guests, and all other public. All original graphics, information, and personal work of this sites members are subject to copyright laws and, except where noted otherwise, are the property of the HOS Governors. Use or publication of any of the listed information is strictly prohibited without prior written permission, or text, from the HOS Governors. Hogwarts Online is not associated with Pottermore, J.K. Rowling, Warner Bros., or any of the individuals or companies associated with producing and publishing Harry Potter books and films. Subsection (2) These copyright terms may be changed at any time, without any notification whatsoever. You agree to these terms when you view the HO System websites, and in any case that you do not agree to the aforementioned terms, you are to exit this site immediately.

Subsection (3) Any and all work submitted, including but not limited to written and graphical work, to be used by the Hogwarts Online System (including Beauxbâtons, Durmstrang, Hogwarts, and all Cities/Towns) becomes property of the HOS Governors.
