I PMed a request for a permit to own a magical creature at the Ministry of Magic office (Level 4, Regulations of Magical Beasts and Creatures). I wasn't holding my breath on this one, because I saw that the person in charge had not been 'seen' online since Jun. 12. However, I waited a week, but still nothing.

So today, I thought maybe I should PM the person in charge of the department, but it appears that he hasn't been seen since Jun. 18. After that I wasn't too sure who to contact...

I know the answer must be staring me in the face (it usually is), but once again, I can't find it :/ Please help! Thank you

I also have a question, maybe slightly related, but it involves registration all the same.

Do the people who already have pets have to register their pets as well (cats, owls, etc) before this new rule came out that anyone who wants to buy pets has to apply for a permit?

Please and many thanks! Even I'm a bit confused regarding this matter.

We only register magical creatures not common domesticated animals.
