Founded by the powerful witch Morgana le Fey, Camp Avalon was originally built as a safe haven and teaching hub for magical folk at the time. It was built on an island in the North Sea, shielded from Muggle eyes by a thick, dense mist, and over time has been believed to have been flooded and reclaimed by the surrounding seas.

Students, upon their first summer at the camp, are assigned to one of four cabins where they will continue on for the duration of their years there.
