Nothing is normal when it comes to Grindelwalds siblings, in fact while growing up, they don’t have what you call a normal life. The line between love and hate is blurry in their relationship especially when dealing with emotional chaos and it would have driven anyone insane. Lykaon usually finds himself stepping in and playing referee between his two siblings when they have their usual banters. One wouldn’t even believe that these 2 sweet looking women can actually kill each other if left unattended. They aren’t perfect and they aren’t always the most sensible of human beings and sometimes, the smallest problem can turn into a major battle and put a strain in their relationship to the breaking point. What’s amazing is that after the dispute, everyone will act as if nothing happened. Still think they’re normal? No. Good, because they’re not.
Lykaon nodded at Hunter, “Goodluck with your upcoming match with Scotland. Give them hell.” They are the guys who typically clocking into a swing shift, burning the midnight oil, or practicing days that last 12-14 hours each, things can quickly become chaotic especially when there’s upcoming match. It’s a challenge trying to squeeze everything into a day. Anastas was asked about the Quidditch Standing in Sweden, at this Lyke grinned at the two men. He was pleased with himself by his smug little smile, his ego leading the way. He raised both his arms “Don’t look at me, I’m just doing my best every time I’m in that pitch.” He punched Anastas in the arm lightly, “Don’t fret though, we still have the final match.” A squirt (Harper) asked Anastas for his autograph, Lykaon watched the exchange in amusement but was surprised when the boy asked for his too, he even said he’s a huge fan. Lyke cocked an eyebrow as he received the journal, he noticed there’s a lot of signatures on the page now. Chuckling, Lyke did as he was asked and sign his name on it. “Here boy.” He looked at Hunter, “Nice kid you got there. He’ll probably become Pro-quidditch player too someday, just like his dad.” He grinned and gave the journal to Stefan because the boy asked for his best friend’s autograph too.
He might be busy talking to his colleagues, but Lyke occasionally glanced at his sisters to check their current business and all the subtle smiling, touching, and greeting were not lost to the eldest Grindelwald. The way Lykaon is looking at these guys now, let’s just say they wouldn’t live to see his reaction. He’s didn’t do anything nor said anything because the way he saw it, they’re still harmless but you see, he’s also a guy and he knows how this works. As long as these guys will keep their hands off his sisters, they’re good, but if they started shoving their tongue down his little sisters’ throat, it’s damn well his business. Yes, Lyke is one overprotective-hyperactive-arrogant little hypocrite of a brother and he’s proud of being one. Abi snatched the tickets from him when he asked her to find their seats, Lyke looked at her, one eyebrow arching. She’s in a bad mood again. Seriously, if she will continue with that attitude of hers, she’ll be an old maid, not that he’s got any problem with that. He smirked.
Since the game already started, he said his pleasantries to the guys he’s talking with, and finally went to their allotted seats. Just as Lyke was going to their row, he saw the little incident with Bridgette and how convenient that was for the guy (Shane) who happened to be a fellow pro-quidditch player and a known f*ckby. Lyke cleared his throat and greeted the guy. “Longbottom.” He gave him a curt nod and then unceremoniously sat in between his sisters just as he heard one guy (Mishka) greeted Abi……with a smile. What? Lyke did a double take. His eyes narrowed at the guy, not in anger but in shock. He glanced at Abi and then back to the guy and back at his sister again, “Do you know that guy? He must be on drugs or he’s probably insane, because he’s smiling at you.” Is that normal? The answer is a big NO, no one will just smile at his sister and live to tell the tale, that’s how it works. At least that’s what everyone in the family knows. He then turned to Bridgette, “So, you’re a princess now, of 3 guys and 2 brats,eh?” Lyke can be an annoying meddlesome brother and he would seize every opportunity to have a bit of a laugh to any unsuspecting admirers of his sisters. The stadium roared once the Kenmares finally scored. “Finally! Something worth my time!” Lyke clapped..what? He’s in neutral zone here, whoever scores, he will cheer for them! A loud commotion rang through the crowd, as the earlier laughter seemed to die down because the Bats couldn’t stop the other team from scoring.
