Hello,

So, I'm having an issue with my inbox. It's telling me that I have 24 unread messages. However when I click on my unread messages, what I see is:

 

 

This one message that it will allow me to see, I cannot delete. No matter how many times I've tried to, it won't perform the action. When I attempt to open it, by clicking on the blue circle (since there's no message title for me to click on to open) it gives me the "Sorry we couldn't find that!" error message. (Error #10225).

 

I have a theory that the issue is with the message itself, and that upon that message's removal the other messages would appear, but since I cannot delete it, I cannot confirm this theory.

 

Additionally, when I click to read "My Conversations" where it says I have 27 messages, all I see is:

 

 

So it clearly is not only affecting my new messages, but also my old ones...

Hm. Interesting problem that I haven't seen before. C will have to look into this.

It's happened to a few of my characters if that helps at all? Thank you for having someone look into it. I can't accept any pms at all from anyone now

I'm having the same issue, with more than one character but it's most troublesome with this character since it's got my inbox so full I can only have like one message in my inbox.

I have a similar issue. It says I have 47 unread messages while there is literally nothing in my inbox. I can also only receive 2 messages and I have to delete one as soon as I send in order to receive another. It's really frustrating

I have found in future if you read all the unread messages first before you delete them, this error shouldn't occur.

But its a bit late for everyone this has already happened to.
