Good Day!

My friend registered in the forum the same as mine, but her forum account cannot be access, it has "Resend Validation" beside her name, but whenever we try to click and validate, it says that there are no pending request on her name. What should we do? She badly want her account. Her registered name is Amelia Walpole and her student ID is 24275.

Well that's kind of strange.I will do my best to help you fix this problem.First of all I checked and it said she was validating.Which is good because there is a big difference from validating and unsorted.What house was she supposed to be sorted into?Did you try contacting that HoH to get her sorted?That would be the best way to go about it.And did she recieve an email from HO with the validation?Because she can only validate herself once.

She was sorted in Ravenclaw. And Yes we tried contacting the HoH and Ms. Smerch about this proble,.but no one answers sad.gif Thank you by the way smile.gif
