I have been made aware that on two of my faces, this one and Sapphire Valkyrie, I can't be added to mass PMs. Can someone please help?

This has been an issue with a couple of accounts. C and others are aware of it but are unable to fix it at this time; it seems to be a forum software glitch. Hopefully it can be remedied, at least somewhat, when the new version of IP Board is installed.

I find that sometimes when I edit the name (i.e add a letter and then remove it) of the person who can't receive the message it bypasses the glitch, but i don't know if its a permanent solution for that particular account.
