Yes, that's a problem I run also in and I use IE, Firefox and Opera. What I was advised, was to PM them separately. It's the only way. You can send them a lone PM, that always works. It's a bug in the system. And the admins are aware of it. The person does exist, but is not recognised with sending a PM to multiple persons.

It's not a glitch from a hack but yes, it is a persistent system glitch that, regrettably was put on the back burner while the office was re-coded, permission masks fixed, etc. Basically, we are all painfully aware of the problem, but just unsure of how to fix it. Like Amhlaidh said, the best way to get around it is to either A) put the person who is the source of your error as the primary recipient in your group message or B) if there's more than one person causing the error, then send it to them separately. We will definitely let everyone know when we've (finally) figured out how to fix this issue, though!
