There used to be a topic with the instructions, but I guess it must've disappeared. Anyway, your best bet for a transfer would be to PM your headmaster or headmistress, stating why you no longer feel you should be at your current school anymore, as well as why you think the school you wish to transfer to would be a better one. From there, your school head will contact the head of the school you wish to transfer to for discussion of your application and one of the two will inform you of their decision.

For some time I see accounts from a group called "social media". What are these duplicate accounts really? People never post with them, or have any reputation points. There hasn't been any explanation about it. I am wondering and curious about it. What are these accounts really, or being used for? Will we have a new forum where our characters can use social media in RPG?

It is where people have logged into HO using their facebook or twitter accounts but the name isn't one on the forums already so creates them a new 'account' with that name. As for it's uses, I don't know of them yet

It does, as my Beaux student is also a second year to go to a 3rd year As long as you have been awarded them, you should be fine to move up!

What if I didn't want to move up for the time being? Will the quills that I've earned in the summer term will be brought to the next term when I decided to move up?
