Rules
1. Remember you may not create your own thread until you have been approved.
2. If you do not keep up with your thread it will be moved to the Club Archives.
3. If your thread has been moved to the Club Archives, please use the thread retrieval code.
4. All posts will be deleted once the Artists has been approval or denial.
5. Artist can only accept requests for characters that have already been approved for playby in the character mirrors. Please make sure you have checked before taking those requests.

Guidelines
1. Make sure that you have read through all the necessary rules before requesting
2. Use the code that was given and post the 5 recent banners that you have made. (It cannot be from any of your own characters)
3. Please make sure you pick ONE character to associate any points you may accrue. If you need to change this character at any time, please PM the club mods. This character will appear on the master list and will be the only character you may use to gain points. If you do not have a current student to award points to you may list ONE adult charrie for galleons instead.
4. Your application to join will be reviewed, once you are accepted, you can create your own thread. (Mod of AA will be creating the threads for first year students)
If any case that your application are not approved, you will receive a PM with a reason. You may amend your application in 14 days where after your application will be deleted and you would have to submit a new application to join.
5. Once you have completed your thread, you may start accepting requests.
