It appears you are actually a second year, because you have quills from Spring, then Winter, which means you have been here for two terms.
I am going to figure that the reason it says you are a third year in the office is because of a new system that has to do with quills and year move-ups that has been put in place. I will see about getting this resolved.

QUOTE (Prof. Rehema Voss @ Jul 4 2011, 07:39 PM) |
Actually, because students start off as first years someone who has earned at least 6 quills over two terms is a third year (unless they requested not to move up). Violet earned 9 quills in Winter 2011, making her a second year in the next term (Spring). Then in Spring 2011 she earned 6 quills, making her a third year for Summer Term, right now. Violet, I suspect this is human error on Prof. Dakota Kane's part, completely understandable seeing how he moves up about one billion and one students every term by himself. You should PM him about getting this problem corrected on the forum. |
Thank you Rehema, I obviously wasn't thinking clearly. Yes, just contact Dakota and ask him to fix the year on the forums. He should be able to fix it. ( Just ask very very nicely

Breck, that is something you would want to take up with Chauncey, as he is the one who could get rid of those.

So you start as 1st year and can only move up once per term.

He deals with move ups on the forum and in the office, if there are any issues with them he is who you should speak with. He will fix any problems right up.
