So I just thought this OOC area was a bit empty, so ... I wanted to ask what interesting and odd classes do your schools offer? One of the ones at mine is called "Search for Life in the Universe" all about aliens and such
So ... erm, just name an odd course at your school, or a class you wish was offered. I know one of the local colleges near me offers a Harry Potter philosophy class. I wish my school offered it

While I'm officially not a student anymore, my college offers a Harry Potter class. Capped at 40; wish I could have taken it. Maybe I would have opted to stay.
Anyway, one of the classes is called The Science of Maple Sugaring. In the spring, they literally go out, get the sap from maple trees, and make maple syrup. Then they host a big pancake breakfast for the entire school.

At my college, they offer this class called "Classical Mythology". The class mainly covers the Greek and Roman Gods, but the professor...oh the professor...
Her main conspiracy was: "The gods bled ichor, which was golden and not ever remotely similar to our own. So...what if the gods were robots! Yeah....and the Aliens made the robots, placed them onto Earth, and watched how the humans reacted to them!"
It was an amazing semester.

I found out another college by where I live is offering classes on ghost hunting and paranormal stuff. They also use equipment like EVP devices and temperature seeking devices too. If you watch any of those ghost and haunting shows, you know what Im talking about!
I may apply at that school just for that one class. Definitely up my alley!

Alaina: The science of maple sugaring? Interesting ....
Colby: You're class literally made me burst out laughing
Benoit: What school do you go to? (This is the same writer as for Coralie, by the way)
Fern: You do not like the oddities? And if you were to actually take that one class, post here about it! It sounds so coooool ...
Serena: Witchcraft 101? I wonder exactly what they teach in that class ...

God, I wish the schools & colleges I went to offered such strange courses! I studied Performing Arts & Theatre as my main course. Very interesting but not like those mentioned above! I think the closest we came was the class where we learnt how to start a riot!
