I get that error on IE, of all places. I try to log into the site at work but I always get the Forbidden 403 message. I tried it on Firefox there too, same effect... but at home I can log in just fine. Is this a cookie issue?
Your work might have a proxy server they use to protect themselves. With some of the new settings in the office it would block your work.

Proxies are networks that people generally use to hide their identity. There are some legitimate uses for a proxy, but 9 times out of ten, proxies are used when people are doing bad things and they don't want to be caught. We are trying to work it out so that it doesn't block you guys who aren't doing anything wrong, but it's proving to be difficult.

For me I still can't view it. Still the sane 403 error
Same here, sadly... Even when I click the Hogwarts Home link on the left sidebar of this forum... And it happens whether I use Chrome, Firefox, or IE...
Prof. Nicholas Volynski: Thought I'd let you know, I am able to see the Hogwarts Home page when I use this proxy site: http://freeproxyserver.net/ Of course, I haven't tried logging in with that, though, so I can't tell you if those anti-proxy charms you put up work.

Here is the link of the office that I am accessing:
http://www.hswcw.com/office.php
And the error:
You don't have permission to access /office.php on this server.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
