So I am having some issues deleting posts. They say its deleted then it not. Is this a problem with everyone or just me? And how can I solve it?

i tried that and went through the same commands as i did in invisionsfree but the post is still there even when i confirmed it. i thought it was just a glitch in my computer.

EDIT: even now, i tried to delete this post and went through the same commands such as this and this. Well, as you can see, my post is still here.

ann- someone else had a similar problem and PM'd me. Nicole Jaycee Santivanez took a screen shot and does not even have the option of deleting her own posts. I checked the Admin CP and her permission mask allows it so it doesn't make sense.

Yeah, that happened to me, too. I can't delete my own posts. It says it has deleted it, but then it's still there.

Same here.

And another thing with posts. When you edit them and go over 100 words it doesn't give you the 5 galleons. (Pretty annoying on a tiny keyboard which makes you submit them by error)

I can't delete anything either, nor can Mari. I'm thinking it's because we don't have authorization in the areas we need to delete. I don't know.

I'm having this problem too, it has the delete post thing, and then you go and hit it and a pop up comes up saying are you sure you hit yes. It goes to re-direct you and says thanks the post has been deleted it is redirecting you and then it goes to the thread, but your post is still there. And the remove the edit by line isn't available anymore.

As I've come to realize on the jcink server only people with mod powers can truly delete posts, even if you are trying to delete a post that you yourself have made. I am not sure why it's like that, but it seems to be a server issue rather than a site issue. If you have a post you need deleted just send me a link and I can take care of it for now.
