Visitors at Hogwarts
Members of Hogwarts Online,
Please be aware that unless you are a Hogwarts student, a Hogwarts staff member, or a Hogwarts professor, you should not be posting within the Hogwarts subforum. There are a few very specific exceptions to this—see the list below for more information. Anything outside of the listed exceptions is not permitted.
Hogwarts Ghosts
If you write for a Hogwarts Ghost or other Hogwarts-specific NPC, you may post on school grounds.
Special Events
If a special event is occurring on Hogwarts grounds (like a site-wide plot event, for example) and members of the general public have been invited to come to Hogwarts, then those who fall within the invited pool may participate.
Graduations
During graduation ceremonies, family members of those graduating may post within the ceremony topic, granted access to the castle lawns for just that evening.
Guest Speakers
If you have been invited by a professor to help teach a lesson of their class, you are granted permission to post within the lesson in question. You may need to have an admin temporarily adjust your sortings to allow you to see the subforum you're required to be in.

What About Quidditch Matches?
Outsiders may not post on Hogwarts grounds for Quidditch purposes. However, in an In-Character capacity, students participating in those RPs may GM that their family members are in the stands watching the matches. They would be granted access to the lawns only for the duration of said matches before then having to leave once a match is concluded.
Kids of Professors and Staff?
No child accounts should be present at Hogwarts unless it falls within any of the exceptions listed above.
