Greetings & Salutations,

 

As Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards, it is both my sacred duty and my honor to ensure the continuity of government within the wizarding community. Following a contentious election in the United Kingdom, the ICW affirms and acclaims that Minister Xander Ryuu formerly the Head of the Department of Mysteries, has secured a majority of the vote and will succeed Minister Fallon Steelgrave as the leader of the Ministry of Magic.

 

On behalf of the wizarding community, we thank Minister Steelgrave for her tireless efforts to safeguard our world and uphold our laws by enforcing the Statute of Secrecy with zeal and vigor. In that same spirit, we wish Minister Ryuu the same successes as his term begins.
