| Biography: | ||
| Dakota was born in London, England on the 10th of August in the year of 1968: to a squib father and a muggle mother. He was the last and only son born to William & Juliette (Ashford) Kane. He has three older sisters Alice, Isabella & Lacey Kane, who were born six years before Dakota. Like his older sisters, Dakota was accepted into Hogwarts and was sorted into Hufflepuff. Though, by the time he had finished his first year and went home for summer.....Alice, Isabella & Lacey had left home to become Professors at Drumstrang. Dakota was a bit sadden to not have his older sisters around at the start of his second year but that changed half through when he had gained a small group of friends by the names of Xavier Night, Victoria Pen, Joshua Fairiedust, Cassidy Darkstone and his own cousin Milo Kane (who he had never met). The small group had pulled their share of pranks, except for Milo because he was more toe the line type of student. Two months into Dakota's third year, he had tried play a prank on an sixth year student by the name of Rhoslyn Denton but it failed; due to the fact that Rhoslyn had turn Dakota's own prank against him. After that the two became best friends, even though they only had less than two years left at the school together. It wasn't until Dakota had finished his seven year (were he had Outstandings in all his NEWTs, except for CoMC.....which he got an E) that he had plucked up enough courage to ask Rhoslyn out. After a few months of dating, Dakota moved to America to be with Rhoslyn because he couldn't stand being so far away from the woman (who had been the only person to ever steal his heart). Thanks to both the help of their family and friends, Dakota and Rhoslyn had managed to open their very own wand shop in March of 1987. On the 27th of June of that same year; Dakota Kane & Rhoslyn Denton became bond for life (at their home in Texas) in front of their family and friends. By the time March 1st of 1992 rolled around, Dakota became overjoyed by the fact that his wife had given birth to a boy and girl (Addison & William Kane). A few months after the birth of their children, Dakota and Rhoslyn became godparents to Katy Fairiedust the daughter of Victoria (Pen) Fairiedust-Kane. To say the least the twins had turned out like their parents, except for the fact that their son William Kane had chosen to attend Murlap Academy instead of Hogwarts. When July 2008 rolled around, Dakota saw no problem to return to Hogwarts as a Professor (where he was joined by his wife). Since, Addison had taken over the family wand shop and William had decided to remain at Murlap over the summer so he could spend it with Annalice Stone. | ||
