Administration
Headmaster:	Prof. Chauncey Clemenceau
	The Headmaster is the absolute authority within the school. The Headmaster leads the Governors board and assures that all aspects of the school are running properly and orderly.

	The Governors Board approves new professor applications, appoints Headboys & Headgirls, appoints each Head of House, the governors board also acts as the legislative body of the school by creating and enforcing all rules and regulations.
Heads of House:	Gryffindor: Prof. Felicity Lash (Deputy: Prof. Caroline Moncrief) Hufflepuff: Prof. Elizabeth Peevison (Deputy: Prof. Sorcha MacSween) Ravenclaw: Prof. Robert Travers (Deputy: Prof. Damien Masters) Slytherin: Prof. Luna Creevy (Deputy: Prof. Marvin Peevison)
	The Heads of House are the head of all matters that deal with their respective houses. Heads of House select all prefects. Heads of House run their house website and forum. Heads of House plan/delegate the planning and execution of house activities.
Board of Directors
Director of Students:	Prof. Luna Creevy (Deputy: Prof. Rici Stewart)
	The Director of Students oversees all areas of student life at Hogwarts. The main duty of the Director of Students is to approve all student abilities and Student Characters.
Director of Professors:	Prof. Chauncey Clemenceau (Deputy: Prof. Damien Masters)
	The Director of Professors oversees all of the professors at Hogwarts. The main duty of the Director of Professors is to organize classes and prepare the professors for each new term. The Director of Professor all puts together a course guide for the upcoming term.
Director of Role-Play:	Prof. Bella Lombardi
	The Director of Role-play oversees all aspects of role-play on the site. The primary job of the Director of Role-play is to approve plots and maintain a proper atmosphere for role-play on the site. The Director of Role-play should also encourage site-wide plots.
Director of Admissions:	Prof. Felicity Lash
	The Director of Admissions is responsible for assuring that all students are fully enrolled into all areas of the site. The Director of Admissions can validate new students. The Director of Admissions should also advertise for the site in order to advance our site in the world wide web. The Director of Admissions is also in charge of the New Kids at Hogwarts Program that helps welcome new students.
Director of Clubs:	Prof. Isabella Robins
	The Director of Clubs maintains all clubs. The Director of Clubs always strives to create new interesting clubs that promote activity on the site, as well as remove inactive clubs.
Director of Activities:	Prof. Sorcha D'Souza
	The Director of Activities runs the Junior Wizengamot. The Junior Wizengamot is made up of Headboys, Headgirls, & Prefects. The Director Activities plans all major activities and events (HOlidays, etc.) that occur site-wide. The Junior Wizengamot helps to plan and execute these activities.
Operations
Head Librarian:	Prof. Elizabeth Peevison (Deputy: Prof. Sorcha D'Souza)
	The Head Librarian maintains and upkeeps both the library on the main site and the forum. The duties on the main site include approving new books for the library, posting contests and updating old contests. The duties on the forum include keeping students out of the restricted section and creating a conducive environment within the library for role-play.
Newspaper Editor:	Prof. Felicity ALash (Deputy: VACANT)
	The Newspaper Editor is in charge of all aspects of the Pensieve, which is Hogwarts' own publication. The Newspaper Editor is responsible for assuring that all editions are published on time. The Newspaper Editor is also responsible for maintaining the staff necessary to run a newspaper.
WHO Radio Executive:	Prof. Luna Creevy (Deputy: Prof. Achim Sniyder)
	The WHO Radio Executive operates the WHO Radio. The WHO Radio is broadcasted over the internet via internet streaming. The WHO Radio Executive sets up the time blocks for radio shows and maintains the necessary staff to run the radio.
Head Goblin:	Sally the Goblin (Deputy: VACANT)
	The Head Goblin runs Gringotts Wizarding Bank. The Head Goblin oversees all transactions that take place within the vaults of Gringotts. The Head Goblin also maintains a list of all Hogwarts Professors and Staff and pays them accordingly. The Head Goblin also maintains the necessary staff to run Gringotts.
Forum Administrator:	Prof. Luna Creevy (Deputy: VACANT)
	The Forum Administrator maintains the forum. The Forum Administrator assures that all members are placed in the proper member groups as well as all members have access to the proper areas. The Forum Administrator also updates all classroom forums at the beginning of each term.
Communications
Webmaster:	Prof. Chauncey Clemenceau
	The Wedmaster maintains the server and constantly adds new features to ease the workload of the members. The Webmaster also maintains and updates all web pages and database information.
Staff Meeting Coordinator:	Prof. Chauncey Clemenceau
	The Staff Meeting Coordinator creates an agenda for each of the monthly staff meetings, moderates the meeting and posts the meeting logs to the appropriate area within the Staff Room. The Staff Meeting Coordinator also informs the Professors and Staff of the meeting well in advance, posts the agenda and invites professors and staff to add topics to the agenda.

	The Department Chairperson heads each Department. The Department Chairperson is responsible for all the classes within their Department. They must fill in whenever a professor can not continue with the class or they must quickly find a replacement. The Department Chairperson also accompanies the Director of Professors in the initial professor interview.
Junior Wizengamot
Head Students:	For an updated list please click here.
	All Head Students duties include, but are not limited to moderating the forum, assuring that all characters are in charater, reprimanding members for spamming, and adding and docking house points for behaviour, whether good or bad, around the forum. On top of these responsibilities Head Students must also follow what duties their Head of House has for them. Head Students are permanent positions that are selected by the Governors Board.

	All Prefect duties include, but not limited to working in the New Kids at Hogwarts Program. They may also add and dock points as they see fit. Prefects are used more by their Head of House than with the rest of the school like Head Students are. Prefects are selected by their Head of House every term.
