8.1	Headmistress & Governors
	The Headmistress of Hogwarts Online is Prof. Luna Sniyder. The Headmistress along with other Hogwarts Governors are members from the Professor category that are chosen by the Governors Board. These members all share the same rights and power. They also act together as the ruling body of the entire site. They each have a separate responsibility that corresponds with a specific area of the site. The governors have the final say about anything that happens on Hogwarts Online.

8.2	Heads of House
	Heads of House are 4 members from the Professor category that are appointed by the Governors board to run each of the four houses that make up Hogwarts Online. These are the people that appoint prefects, approve house activities, and discipline students in their house. The Heads of House also work with the house professors to create a team that works with and helps all members in their house.

8.3	Professors
	Professors are members of the Professor Category that are hired to teach the courses that Hogwarts Online offers. Before the start of each term the governors review applications from all across the globe for new professors. Once a professor is accepted they create their course(s) and become involved with the site. Not only do they work with the students to help them excel in all areas of magical study, they also work with the Governors & Department Chairpersons to plan for each upcoming term. Each Professor can also select a house to which they will work with. The house professors will help the Head of House to have house activities and other festivities to raise house unity.
8.4	Staff
	Staff members are all the supporting leaders in our school. Staff members have the ability to award and dock points as well as run organizations within the school such as clubs, the hospital wing, the library, and the quidditch teams. Staff members are essential to the proper running of the site because they complete the necessary tasks that other faculty members can not due to other obligations.
8.5	Head Students & Prefects
	Head Students: All Head Students duties include, but are not limited to moderating the forum, assuring that all characters are in charater, reprimanding members for spamming, and adding and docking house points for behaviour, whether good or bad, around the forum. On top of these responsibilities Head Students must also follow what duties their Head of House has for them. Prefects: All Prefect duties include, but not limited to working in the New Kids at Hogwarts Program. They may also add and dock points as they see fit. Prefects are used more by their Head of House than with the rest of the school like Head Students are.
	8.5.1	How to Become a Head Student or Prefect
		At the start of each term, the governors appoint Head Students based on the suggestion of the Head of House and house professors. Head Students are permanent positions so long as the head student if active. Prefects are selected by the Head of House.
	8.5.2	Junior Wizengamot
		The Junior Wizengamot (J.W.) is made up of all of the prefects and head students. The J.W. plans and executes all school activities. The J.W. meets monthly to plan out activities such as the term dance, superlatives, and other special occations.
