3. Hogwarts Office

3.1	Student Office
	To access the Student Office go to either the homepage or www.hswcw.com/office.php. The student office houses student files, point records, quill records, award records and much more. The homepage of the Student Office informs each student what their information is (they may choose to edit it), they can see the classes' that they've enrolled in, view points that they've earned for their houses, and quills that they've earned.
3.2	Login
	To login to the Student office, go to the homepage. Students are issued their ID's when they first register with the site. This ID is extremely important so remember it.
3.3	Retrieve Lost ID's
	To retrieve lost ID's simply ask either your Head of House, or any member of your house to search your last name on the "Search Members" page to retrieve your Student ID.
3.4	Control Panel
	All members on Hogwarts Online have a control panel in some capacity. The control panel has five categories each dealing with a particular function of the office.
	3.4.1	Enrollment
		To enroll in classes, simply click on "Enroll", there is no confirmation screen, simply a screen that shows that you've been enrolled. The professor will then choose to accept you or deny you. DO NOT contact any professors and ask to enroll in their course.
	3.4.2	Courses
		Students can view all the courses that Hogwarts Online is offering for the particular term. By clicking on the Professor's name you can email them. If you click on the course name you can view the class website.
	3.4.3	House Points
		A log of all the house points earned by all the students in all the houses are kept here.
	3.4.4	Quills
		A log of all the quills issued by all the professors to all the students is displayed here.
	3.4.5	Awards
		A log of all the awards issued by all the professors to all members is displayed here.
3.5	Search Members
	This area of the Student Office allows students to search any member registered with out new database. Students can choose to look for either students or professors. Then they can choose how they want to narrow their search.
