Replying to Registration Help

Can someone change my name to Magdalene Bloom? i am having difficulties because by pure accident I have taken an HP name.Thank you in advance,hope with the name change things will be okay.

Hello, I'm having difficulties getting logged in with my phone. Usually this is not an issue, I'll just use my laptop to log on. But today the home Wi-Fi has stopped working so I'm unable to do that. And since I can't get logged in using my phone, I can't check any of the PM's or classes or anything with any of my characters, and this frustrates me so much.

I've tried clearing cache and cookies, I've tried mobile version and desktop version, I've tried everything I can think of, nothing works. It just says I'm logged in and that it's redirecting me after logging on, then it says I need to sign in, again. I've had this phone issue for at least a year but it hasn't been that big an issue until today. Is there anything that anyone can do to help me?

Problem: I registered but never received a validation email and cannot sign-in now.  When I asked to reset my password nothing came through to my email and all my password attempts are incorrect.

Issue: I tried to register several times but it keeps telling me "verify information" but i don't get it. I'v done everything on the page including the "I promise I'm not a bot" quiz, I'm older than 13 and I didn't get any emails (or eowls). I'm looking for something like that for a long long time and I'm not gonna give up so easily, but it's so annoying!
