Overall character history: Kohl never knew his birth family and was placed into the foster system at a young age. He moved from house to house. Throughout the different foster homes he had older siblings who introduced him to different illegal substances which was how he got involved in that. Kohl finally was placed into a foster home that has had him for a few years and he likes his foster parents. His foster sibling he has troubles with but just tries to stay away from her.
