I can't drink/ eat white dairy products such as milk (have to mix something like milo powder or nesquik), lassi, or even eat yoghurt... probably in my head but i just can't eat because then it makes me sick.

I had surgery on my right shoulder for the most stupid reason. I threw a jacket across the room. I thought there was a spider on it. I am good with spiders when I know they are there and I generally just avoid them but when they come out of no where then I tend to freak out. Anyway i threw the jacket like a freebie across my room and dislocated my should backwards, thankfully it relocated on its own but it tor my labrum and I had to have surgery to repair it.
