Okay so I have two concerns:

The first one is about my character development. I'd put in her history that she was a ministry baby from UK, and was expecting to go to Hogwarts, but she had to move to Sweden and Durmstrang just before her 1st year. Now I'd like to have RP with some people from Hogwarts to have that part going, but I'm not really sure where to post that or who to ask.

The second one is about the character Mirror, I've notice that it was updated a bunch of times already but my face still isn't there and I've already sent a PM request like two months ago, so who should I ask about that?

Which mirror did you send the PM to?
For the Sweden Mirror, you have to pm the form to Yana Gregorovitch, each country has its own mirror.

Concerning your plot, if I was you I would contact the Headmaster of Durmstrang (Prof. Ekaterina Volkov) or Deputy Headmaster of Durmstrang (Prof. Viktor Nikolaev) if you are wanting it to take place in Sweden. If you want the plot to take place in the United Kingdom, I would contact the Headmistress of Hogwarts (Prof. Sorcha Logan) or Deputy Headmistress of Hogwarts (Prof. Kelly Rhodes). I've never had a plot where it has been in this situation but I would contact majorly the Heads of Durmstrang first.

Concerning your character request, like what Anastasia said, each country has their own Mirror coordinator. If you do not get a reply from Yana Gregorovitch, then I would send the Heads of Durmstrang a letter about the issue.

Just a small correction, Professor Miyaka Lachance is the Deputy Headmaster of Durmstrang.

And sometimes if you have a banner and icon and your face hasn't been approved, the mirror might turn down your request. Always wait to hear from the mirror before you add a picture of your celeb.

Please PM Prof. Miyaka Lachance about anything plot related to Sweden, she is the director of plots in Sweden. It may take her a few days to get back to any PMs as she does have a RL. However you can also include Prof. Ekaterina Volkov in the PM for a faster reponse.

Also, as for your face claim. Please check the mirror more carefully as your claim is on the walls.

So just to be clear, as long as my Character Face is on the country's mirror it doesn't have to be on the major one, right?

The main character mirror is the mirror of the country you reside in. So your face should only ever be approved for the Swedish mirror unless you happen to transfer school.

The only time it would appear on all three mirrors in when and if you graduate and become an official alumni.

If you want to rp with people outside Sweden, I think the only time you can do so is when on vacations because no one is allowed to post outside school during school days. Still, you could pm the heads for more clarification.
