Please complete this form if you wish to be a professor. Please fill in all the fields in this form, incomplete applications will be denied. Please be as descriptive as you can in the class-related fields. YOU MUST HAVE A WEBSITE WITH AT LEAST ONE LESSON COMPLETED. All new classes and professors have to be confirmed by the Hogwarts Online Governors Board, you will be contacted via email by Chauncey Clemenceau as soon as possible with either an acceptance or denial. ONE CLASS PER APPLICATION, YOU MAY SUBMIT AS MANY APPLICATIONS ARE YOU WANT.

Please give a detailed description of what the course you wish to teach is about. It is important that this description is at least a paragraph in lenght and that it includes the following: how many lessons you plan to have, how many assignments will you have, will there be a special project, how will students earn points, how will students earn quills, the type of work load that students can expect from this course, and a listing of the topics that your course will cover.
