Greetings & Salutations!
Welcome to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. You have been accepted into one of the largest schools in the magical community. As the Admissions Director, I want to extend a warm welcome from the staff and students of the school. Your first few days here are the most influential of all time. I have provided a simple list of things you might want to do so you can start role-playing, making friends, and having fun!
This is for new students ONLY. Please be sure to read all the instructions and directions. They contain important information that is necessary for you to know. You are allowed to sort only ONCE all other sortings will be denied.
While you wait to be sorted:
Make sure you send your Head of House (listed below) a PM so they can sort you. If they have not done so in a week, you can send me a PM and I will do it for you.
Go to the student office and fill out your profile. The steps are simple really. Make sure you are logged in and go to the your office. Scroll down until you see the link Edit Information. Once you click that, you will see your profile and a link to edit it. It is nice to have an edited profile so people can know more about your character. For an example, check out my profile!
Visit this area of the site. Here you find helpful tips and suggestions to making your life at HO more enjoyable. You will also find the Character Library and other help answers to frequent questions.
Once you have been sorted:
Visit this forum so you can post your profile and shipping page. This is a nice place for Character Development. I suggest that you use it and all the resources that it gives.
Post around the school and in your dorms. The only way to meet new people and make new friends is to RP. I mean, that is what we are here for.
Make sure you complete all of the steps found here! Most of the steps found there and here are only the start to an exciting journey.

Please register your office and sort into your house. DO NOT use your real name or any character from a book or movie. All names must contain a first and last name. If you submit an invalid email address or sort multiple times your registration will be denied. |

Please register on the forum with the same name you used to register with in the Office Registration & Sorting. Remember to capitalize the first letter of your firat and last name. DO NOT create more than one account. PM or email your Head of House to be sorted into your house group on the forum. |

Fall Term Enrollment is OPEN. You can take as many classes are you wish, however you MUST earn atleast 3 quills in order to advance to the next year. |

This is where you claim your character for RPing purposes on ACTIVE accounts. When you go inactive for more then 30 days, you loose your rights to your character and it will be turned over to whoever wants it. |

Use the same name from "Office Registration & Sorting". You must be sorted into your house before you can register for a vault. All new accounts will receive "start-up" galleons for basic spending. |
