Dear Students,

       Welcome to CHAR101: Basic Charms & Spells B . My name is Prof. Chauncey Clemenceau, and I will be your instructor this term. Due to the number of students that register for a basic level charms class, I will only accept the first 100 students who enroll. Remember that all students that do not get in this term, can take the course again next term.

       Basic Charms & Spells is designed to introduce students to the practice of charms. This course will cover the basic charms and the proper hand movement needed to conjure the basic charm. Not only will students cover the basis of charms, but it will also cover the practical uses that charms possess. This course will be a mixed format, meaning that at some point there will be roleplaying involved and at some point there will be minor homework assignments. Students who score an O on the coursework will be exempt from taking the exam.

       As always, if you ever have any questions, feel free to contact me either by e-owl or PM. I hope you enjoy this class, because I have definitely enjoyed putting it together for you! Remember too that if you know you will miss an assignment, simply contact me ahead of time. I will accept all assignments up until exams start, however I will take off 10 points from the final grade for being late.
